Factory Town is an innovative 6-acre post-industrial campus. Developed by the Vagabond Group as a multi-use venue, Factory Town is positioned to support Miami’s vibrant art and music scene while pioneering green infrastructure solutions.

Green infrastructure has transformed Factory Town. Treesources has infused lush subtropical ecosystems within the concrete shell of a former manufacturing facility. We installed dozens of native trees, a bioswale, a mangrove nursery, and a simulated cypress dome. Iconic landscape features like towering royal palms and blocks of moss-covered limestone help define the unique experience at Factory Town.

Green infrastructure provides a number of benefits. Not only do attendees gravitate to these urban oases, they offer much-needed respite for South Florida’s native wildlife. Planted areas, the bioswale, and the cypress dome absorb significant amounts of stormwater while providing shade and fresh air.
